The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets. What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your primary role will be managing the sales of Product Testing and Compliance Services within the Food Health Beauty Business Line. You will be instrumental in overseeing the profit and loss of this business line, as well as developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your ability to identify strategic partnerships will be crucial in developing new markets and key accounts. You will also lead a local sales team, working closely with them to achieve set KPIs. Your role will extend beyond just sales; you'll also forge long-term partnerships that deliver tangible benefits for our business partners.

  • Manage sales of Product Testing and Compliance Services within the Food Health Beauty Business Line
  • Oversee profit and loss of the business line
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Identify strategic partnerships to develop new markets and key accounts
  • Review, evaluate and develop pricing strategies for product portfolios
  • Lead local sales team to achieve set KPIs
  • Work closely with operational team to develop unique selling points
  • Forge long-term partnerships for business benefits


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You have at least a degree in a relevant subject such as Business or Commerce, or equivalent experience. With at least 5 years of sales management experience in a B2B environment under your belt, you're no stranger to the challenges this role presents. Your strong track record in sales or business development speaks volumes about your capabilities. Your technical experience in lab testing gives you an edge over others. Your excellent communication skills enable you to influence management and decision makers effectively.

  • Degree in relevant subject (Business, Commerce) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in B2B environment
  • Experience in T.I.C (Testing - Inspection - Certification) industry or B2B Food based industry is an advantage
  • Strong track record in sales or business development
  • Ability to use consultative selling techniques
  • Technical experience in lab testing is considered a major advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target-driven personality with high level of diplomacy.
