Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director in the Logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and setting direction for the sales team, managing stakeholders across country and regional functions, and building an effective and engaged sales team. What you'll do:
As a Sales Director your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team towards achieving the commercial budget. You will coach your team to sell and grow product portfolio activities including supply chain, 4PL and local products. Your excellent leadership skills will be crucial in managing stakeholders across various functions within the company. You will also play a pivotal role in building an effective sales team that is engaged and motivated to achieve their targets. Your commitment to continuous improvement will be reflected in your efforts to increase customer satisfaction scores.
- Secure profitable growth and sales targets
- Deliver as per Country commercial budget
- Monitor local customer satisfaction scores and drive improvement
- Manage stakeholders across the country & regional functions
- Build, develop and grow an effective and engaged best-in-class sales team
- Ensure succession plans are in place for key roles, including own role
- Manage local engagement
- Accountable for Commercial Volumes, Revenue/different Contribution Levels, Sales and Support Functions, Engagement and people development, Sales Quality Standards, Local marketing, Accurate controlling and reporting for country, Sales process adherence
