SALES LEADER Location: Hanoi Keywords: Sales, Leader, HVAC, Chiller, Project Sales Our client is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive their sales team towards achieving and exceeding their KPIs.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in project sales of HVAC and Chiller, who can develop strategic plans for sales achievement, enhance relationships with existing business partners, and lead a team to success. Based in the vibrant city of Hanoi, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
As a Sales Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving our client's business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the KPIs of the CAC Chiller Sales. You will develop strategic plans for your team's sales achievements, ensuring that all aspects from product planning to market penetration are considered. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to keep your sales plan on track and address any issues promptly. Your role also involves nurturing relationships with existing business partners while actively seeking new ones. Leading your team towards achieving their sales targets while fostering skill development and teamwork will be key to your success.

  • Be responsible for the KPI of the CAC Chiller Sales: sales revenue, profit, market share, inventory, etc.
  • Develop strategic plan for the team’s sales achievement, including sales policies, product and marketing plan, market penetration and expansion
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure the sales plan is on track and solve arising problems promptly
  • Enhance the relationship with existing developers/contractors/project owners/M&E companies, as well as develop new business partners
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve assigned sales target, develop skills and teamwork
  • Report to Top Management


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Leader role brings a wealth of experience in project sales of HVAC and Chiller. With at least five years under your belt, you have honed your English communication skills and leadership abilities. You have a knack for developing strategic plans that drive sales achievement and are adept at managing key performance indicators. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders sets you apart. You have demonstrated success in building strong relationships with business partners and leading teams towards achieving their targets.

  • At least 05 years of working experience in project sales of HVAC and Chiller
  • Good English communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for sales achievement
  • Experience in managing KPIs such as sales revenue, profit, market share, inventory
  • Ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in enhancing relationships with business partners
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
