What you'll do:
As a Commercial Director in Animal Nutrition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy within the company's framework. Your expertise will be crucial in developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. You will lead a team of commercial professionals, providing them with guidance and support to reach their targets. - Formulate and implement commercial strategy consistent with business objectives
- Develop and maintain an efficient sales support organisation to achieve sales targets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Ensure professional account management and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams on business process/operational improvement issues
- Control department budget and ensure adequate reporting within corporate guidelines
- Manage, develop, and staff the department in line with corporate guidelines

- Experience in relevant industries such as Animal Nutrition, Aquaculture, FMCG, pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
