Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Assistant Manager for their Kitchen department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in building and expanding the Built-in Kitchen channel in both North and South regions. You will be instrumental in supporting the sales team, managing new model launches, creating dealer promotions, and improving sales performance. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high spirit of teamwork.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Assistant Manager in the Kitchen department, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations. You will be responsible for assisting in the expansion of the Kitchen channel across various regions, supporting sales teams, managing new product launches, and implementing dealer promotions. Your ability to guide team members, maintain shop front displays, control sales performance, and analyse data will contribute significantly to achieving business objectives. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on operational responsibilities.

  • Assist in building and expanding the Kitchen channel in North and South regions
  • Support the South SDA sales team to develop Kitchen business in key big MM during the initial period
  • Manage and guide team members to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain display conditions at shop fronts
  • Successfully launch new models at dealer stores while managing End of Life models inventory
  • Create and implement dealer promotions following approved documents and timelines
  • Control and improve sales representative performance in assigned shops and provinces
  • Prepare sale-out/in data collection and analysis
  • Collect dealer PSI reports from key dealers for analysis
  • Plan and visit dealer's stores/sub-dealers as required

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Assistant Manager - Kitchen position brings a wealth of experience in sales management, particularly within the BIK product range. With at least four years of relevant work experience under your belt, you possess strong analytical skills that aid in effective decision-making processes. Your ability to manage and coach team members sets you apart as a leader. You are proficient in English & Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage. Your excellent communication skills foster a high spirit of teamwork within your unit.

  • Minimum 4 years work experience preferably related to Kitchen products such as Micro oven, Stove and Dishwasher, etc
  • Proven ability to manage and coach team members effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on negotiation and leadership
  • Understanding of basic PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory)
  • Proficiency in English & Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Power BI is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with high teamwork spirit
