This role is based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh and offers the chance to oversee sales operations within a specified region, focusing on driving sales growth, analysing market trends, and developing strategies. What you'll do:

As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the sales operations within your designated region. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth by analysing market trends and developing effective strategies. Your role will involve managing a dedicated team of sales professionals, implementing robust plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with distributors and key accounts to boost overall sales performance. You will also be tasked with monitoring and compiling reports from Area Sales Supervisors on a regular basis. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to analyse market trends effectively, identifying new opportunities for growth. Regular market visits and competitor analysis will form an integral part of your role. Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and standards will be paramount.
