Head of Sales - Real Estate
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales efforts for their prestigious condominium project in Ho Chi Minh City. What you'll do:
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales efforts for our client's prestigious condominium project in Ho Chi Minh City. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, execution, sales management, team leadership, budgetary control, agency management, and customer relationship management. You will be expected to develop comprehensive sales strategies, conduct market research, lead sales activities, monitor market trends, recruit and manage a high-performing sales team. Your ability to build strong relationships with potential buyers, agents, partners while providing exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target segments and develop effective sales campaigns.
- Support the Sales Gallery & Show Units team and lead sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Implement effective sales processes and tools to track and analyse sales performance.
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, agents, and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to nurture leads and close deals.

With at least 10 years in the field, you have established good relationships with real estate agencies and have a strong understanding of the Ho Chi Minh City real estate market.
