* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields is required; advanced qualifications are highly regarded.
* At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial management within the FMCG sector is essential; minimum two years must be at senior leadership level.
* Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies (offline/online), distribution network expansion (GT/MT/HORECA/E-commerce), P&L ownership and profitability optimisation.
* Proven track record in marketing strategy development including branding initiatives, packaging design projects as well as e-commerce activation campaigns.
* Up-to-date knowledge of digital tools such as AI applications (ChatGPT/Gemini/AI agents) plus automation know-how for improving business efficiency is highly desirable.
* Advanced proficiency in data analytics techniques coupled with excellent Excel skills for interpreting complex datasets is expected.
* Exceptional stakeholder management abilities combined with negotiation prowess enable you to build lasting partnerships internally & externally.
* Outstanding communication skills—both written & spoken English—are mandatory for effective collaboration across multicultural teams.
