What you'll do:

  • Own full commercial and strategic responsibility for one of the organisation’s most critical key accounts by developing and executing long-term account strategies aligned with both client objectives and company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders in complex multi-stakeholder environments to ensure deep understanding of their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive account growth through expansion initiatives including upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers by setting clear objectives, performance expectations, and personalised development plans for each team member.
  • Ensure consistent account management standards, best practices, and governance are applied across all key accounts to maintain high-value delivery.
