What you'll do:

As Sales Manager - Fragrance Segment, you will be responsible for Vietnam market. Your day-to-day activities will involve nurturing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align strategies with organisational objectives, ensuring that both sales targets and commercial excellence standards are consistently achieved. By gathering market intelligence and analysing competitor activity, you will help shape forward-thinking strategies that drive sustainable growth.   • Manage a portfolio of accounts within Vietnam, focusing on developing existing customers and attracting new clients in the fragrance sector through regular engagement and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with the Business Director to identify additional opportunities for growth, ensuring budgetary goals are met with particular emphasis on turnover targets.
  • Secure and develop new business by obtaining suppliers and expanding product lines, generating sales and profitable margins through strategic account management.
  • Gather marketing and competitive intelligence to optimise returns and propose actionable strategies for business growth to senior leadership.
  • Analyse market trends and recommend new product range opportunities through comprehensive surveys and data interpretation.
  • Monitor payment terms against customer portfolios, ensuring compliance with negotiation standards to minimise business risk and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Create development plans that communicate objectives clearly to local teams, optimising business outcomes and achieving sales retention and growth targets.
  • Conduct visits to target customers to promote products, gather feedback on customer response, and relay insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all new business initiatives comply with local regulations while implementing and monitoring effective marketing campaigns.
  • Champion commercial excellence by embedding best practices throughout the sales process and supporting the implementation of strategic projects.

Your educational background in Chemical Engineering equips you with technical knowledge necessary for understanding complex product formulations.
