Chief Revenue Officer (B2B SaaS)

About Company: SaaS, middle-large size. This position will be based in central HCMC & Only open for Vietnamese.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (VP Sales / Head of Sales or one step below).
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from growth stage (e.g., $10M–$20M or similar range), dealing with complex models
  • Strong experience in building and managing outbound and inbound sales motions (SMB, mid-market, and/or enterprise).
  • Fluent English ability, international working experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies across global markets (US/EU/APAC exposure preferred). Daily basis collaboration/ stakeholder management with key leaders globally
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product growth, and customer success teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and revenue planning capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills; experience managing distributed or regional teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver company-wide revenue targets, including new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Define and execute the overall go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization (hiring, coaching, structuring teams).
  • Establish predictable sales processes, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation, conversion, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with customer success to improve retention, upsell, and lifetime value.
  • Identify and expand strategic partnerships and channel opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
