An exciting On Trade Manager job has become available in a leading FMCG firm in Vietnam.
About the On Trade Manager role:
The future On Trade Manager will be responsible for formulating and implementing trade marketing strategies in on-premise channel to archive sales & market share targets and win the market by new initiatives
- Build & deliver KPIs as per company policy: volume, revenue, profitability, share etc in assigned customers/accounts/sub-channel
- Support and prepare for contract negotiation, renewal, customer engagement, customer relationship & customer services
- Create, lead & drive for changes as per company policy
- Develop and/or lead to develop/execute business program if any to grow volume, revenue, profitability for On Premise channel
The successful On Trade Manager will be commercial-oriented and be able to build strong relationship with key customers & deliver good customer services
- Minimum five years' relevant experience preferably gained from FMCG on-premise channel (Alcohol, Beer, Beverages)
- Good channel/customer/industry insight
- Functional: Good analytical & logical & planning & negotiation
- Proficient English skills, strong multicultural awareness and competency are required
