About the Customer Service Director Role:
In this key role, you will lead a team of managers and head the all team to comply with the high standard requirements of customer satisfaction.
- Coach the three departments' managers in successfully leading their own departments
- Plan for future resources and develop the organisation's capabilities in terms of people, technology and procedures
- Consciously establish a culture that encourages customer focus, individual development and learning, efficiency, collaboration, and innovation
- Develop partnerships within the company and with customers and suppliers
- Create and improve processes
- Develop benchmarks and set goals
- Solve problems that must be escalated to their level
- Provide leadership to the organisation
To succeed in this position, you must have the ability to lead effectively a team to work together and possess a deep understanding of logistics as well as customer expectations. With the ability to articulate strategy to operational teams, you will take the lead to work as closely with country manager as well as managers of three departments.
