Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to monitor and control order delivery and fulfillment performance, address factory operations errors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh.

What you'll do:

As an Order Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control order delivery and fulfillment performance. You will be tasked with addressing factory operations errors, verifying ordering data with the factory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritise tasks will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for providing regular KPI reports on delivery performance, managing PO confirmations, and documenting operational violations.

  • Follow up on outstanding or past due orders with the factory
  • Communicate closely with the factory to verify cargo ready dates and resolve issues
  • Approve Shipment Inspection comments and coordinate vendor bookings
  • Monitor system activities, such as ASN and e-document creation
  • Manage PO confirmations and process order-related amendments
  • Provide regular KPI reports on delivery performance and other related metrics
  • Document shortages and operational violations in the Vendor issue log

What you bring:

The ideal Order Management Specialist will bring a wealth of experience in order processing or customer service. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be key in this role. You should have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, while experience with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous.

  • High diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in order processing or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus
