This role is central to one of their key strategic programs, MEMBERS FIRST, which aims to transform their successful membership initiative into a global program at scale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership acquisition and engagement through innovative strategies and carefully curated value propositions. What you'll do:


As a Membership Manager, you will play an integral role in transforming our client's successful membership initiative into a global program. You will be tasked with driving membership acquisition and engagement through innovative strategies, ensuring that membership remains at the forefront of all cross-functional teams. Your ability to execute the membership strategy in partnership with the APAC / SEA membership team will be crucial, as will your oversight of KPI implementation across engagement and monetisation. You'll also collaborate closely with various stakeholders, leveraging national campaigns and developed intelligence to further enhance the membership experience.


* Support the organisation's transition to make membership front and centre
* Establish interaction models to drive Membership across all cross-functional teams
* Drive membership thought leadership across various initiatives in the country
* Execute the membership strategy in partnership with the APAC / SEA membership team
* Oversee implementation of KPI's across engagement and monetisation
* Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure membership is front and centre
* Execute the Membership strategy and be accountable for membership KPI’s for the country
* Partner with cross – functional teams to leverage national campaigns
* Collaborate with APAC / SEA Membership to leverage developed intelligence and systems expertise
* Track and adhere to budget when required


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Membership Manager position brings a wealth of skills and experience to the table. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures, able to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities. Your solutions-oriented approach, entrepreneurial mindset, solid understanding of digital landscape and KPIs, coupled with good problem-solving skills make you a strong contender for this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/Marketing/Business Administration is preferred, along with 3 to 5 years of progressive Marketing/CRM/Membership/Loyalty/eCommerce experience. Your enthusiasm about Membership, good storytelling skills, fast learning ability, proactive working attitude, and strong project management experience will be key to your success in this role.
