Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist with Mandarin language skills to join their team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the entire order cycle, ensuring business development and customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be part of a global work environment, where they will handle customer complaints, follow up on payment issues, and assist in ad-hoc assignments.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Specialist, your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to Mandarin-speaking clients. You will manage the entire order cycle, enhancing business development while ensuring sustainability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include full-scope order processing, stock allocation, handling payment issues, initiating requests for different master data, assisting in ad-hoc assignments, and providing effective customer feedback. You will also collaborate with internal and external parties for order fulfilment.

  • Full scope order processing from Order management to NN docs printing and presentation to the bank.
  • Allocate stock/batches to deliveries according to FIFO and stock allocation.
  • Follow up payment issues including advance payment and overdue payment.
  • Initiate/ request different master data such as customer price, material master.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects & any tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
  • Timely processing of all emergency incidents, including customer complaints, and provide effective customer feedback.
  • Work with relevant internal/ external parties for customer's order fulfilment and check all possibility when material is in shortage.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in customer service roles, particularly within help desk or call center environments. You possess excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills. Your strong experience within order handling and fulfillment in SAP (SD module) sets you apart. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is essential. You have 3 years of Order to Cash experience (including LC handling experiences), well-established computer skills (MS Office, Outlook), and the ability to work effectively within a team under stressful situations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5 years experiences in customer services, help desk or call center roles.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Strong experience within order handling and fulfillment in SAP (SD module) and process wise.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • 3 years Order to Cash experience (Includes LC handling experiences).
  • Well-established computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations calmly.
