The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and international logistics. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Experience in customer service desk operations is essential to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline logistics processes.

What you'll do:

As a Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both logistics and customer service desk responsibilities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve proactively managing local logistic activities, developing and implementing logistic strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, optimising logistic costs, handling customer complaints, and managing a team. You will also utilise your experience in customer service desk operations to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline logistics processes.

  • Optimise logistic cost and implement continuous improvement process

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Logistics Manager position brings a wealth of experience in both logistics and customer service desk operations. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. With over 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management under your belt, you are proficient in using logistics software and tools such as SAP. Your familiarity with the textile industry gives you an edge. Your excellent communication skills enable you to express yourself clearly in English. Your strong experience in managing logistics, third-party warehouses, and transportation makes you the perfect fit for this role.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of logistics, supply chain management and customer service desk experiences operations with progressive responsibilities
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools, SAP experience
  • 2 years’ experience in Export Desk function
  • Familiarity with Textile industry
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong experience in managing logistics, 3rd party warehouse, transportation
