AFTERSERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER

* Establish an internal team of technicians and an authorized service center (ASC) network. * Build operational procedures for the customer service hotline and spare parts warehouse. * Draft standard guidelines and service operation policies.

Organization Operation

  • Manage technical staff and partners, such as service centers and hotlines.
  • Monitor operational costs and manage contracts with stakeholders.
  • Organize training sessions, regular meetings, and manage operational reports.

Performance Management and Service Quality Improvement

  • Develop and track service performance indicators (e.g., satisfaction levels, processing time, etc.).
  • Analyze customer feedback and propose service improvements.
  • Improve workflows based on data and performance metrics.
