AFTERSERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
* Establish an internal team of technicians and an authorized service center (ASC) network. * Build operational procedures for the customer service hotline and spare parts warehouse. * Draft standard guidelines and service operation policies.
Organization Operation
- Manage technical staff and partners, such as service centers and hotlines.
- Monitor operational costs and manage contracts with stakeholders.
- Organize training sessions, regular meetings, and manage operational reports.
Performance Management and Service Quality Improvement
- Develop and track service performance indicators (e.g., satisfaction levels, processing time, etc.).
- Analyze customer feedback and propose service improvements.
- Improve workflows based on data and performance metrics.
