As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's procurement strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality in procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience, industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lead procurement strategy, budget management, and process optimisation
Manage and mentor a diverse procurement team across various locations
Enhance procurement reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy
Continuous process improvement, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives
Lead supplier negotiations for quality, cost, and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines
Track procurement metrics and report on performance
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
10+ years of procurement and supply chain experience
Strong F&B industry knowledge
Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
