What you'll do:
As a Production Manager, you will be at the heart of operations. Your role will involve managing a dedicated team, leading supplier projects, and overseeing the entire production process. You will develop strategies for business growth and turnover increase while adapting to the company culture and managing relationships with demanding suppliers. Frequent travel to supplier locations will also be part of your responsibilities.

* Lead supplier projects and ensure their successful completion
* Oversee the production process and ensure efficiency and quality
* Develop strategies for business growth and turnover increase
* Adapt to the company culture and manage relationships with demanding suppliers
* Travel frequently to supplier locations around HCMC

With at least 5-10 years of experience in production management under your belt, including 3 years in a managerial role, you are ready to take on this challenging position. Your expertise lies in textiles or components such as yarn, knit, or woven. Experience in supply chain management would be beneficial but is not essential.
