About the Supply Chain Manger Role:

The Supply Chain Manager are responsible for developing and managing company's overall supply chain strategy and operations in order to maximise the process efficiency and improve operation excellence. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors, distributors and authorities and cross departments/ functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: Develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies; Coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands
• Warehouse & Logistics: Promote the design, development, and implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions to support business growth
• Procurement: develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective to ensure a sustainable and flexible supply for business growth

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of Supply Chain progressive experiences particularly in planning, logistics & procurement
• University graduate in Economics, Industrial Engineering or sciences
• Adaptive to a changing and evolving business environment
• Strong analytical ability including the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Strong leadership skill
