Production Management Manager

An exciting Production Management Manager role has just available at one of the thriving company in fashion industry.

About the Production Management Manager Role:

In this role, you will overlook POs and control the whole procedure of garment production including the delivery control through setting deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality control from sample stage to bulk shipment stage
• Quality control through factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying company manuals/ standard
• Understand and analysis factory in-house data for QCD control
• Follow shipments from factories to sales countries through internal system
• Regularly lead meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion
• Supervise & coach team members to achieve company policy & target
• Handling group of business partners (over 10 partners generally)
• Regularly visiting & attending meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion
• Report to Director, Overseas Production Officers

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years’ experience in apparel / textiles production field. (ONLY in Apparel/ Textile/ Garment)
• University/ College degree
• Any major is welcome (graduated from apparel industry an advantage)
• Experienced in quality control, production management (Apparel, Textile, Garment are preferable)
• Business English is mandatory. Chinese/ Japanese is advantage
• Have experience in production field, garment
• Demonstrated (or potentially) strong leadership
• Strong problem-solving, logical & innovative
• Can travel for business by car/airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week.
