About the Head of Outlet Operations Role: As Head of Outlet Operations, you will be responsible for managing the efficiency and quality of the operation of group nightlife and F&B products, ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will also lead the development of new outlets from the operation perspective which involves strategies, planning, budgeting, hiring, and training
Key Responsibilities
• Document, structure, and standardise the existing outlet development and operation processes and procedures
• Continuously upgrade these processes and procedures to optimise new outlet development expenses and to ensure the highest customer experience possible
• Provide goals and targets for the company to maximise profits whilst maintaining the highest standards of service Lead the implementation of systems, structures, and procedures to further improve the outlets' development and operations
• Grow an excellent operation team
• Manage commercial activities with business partners, including authorities
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute initiatives to improve sales and the outlets' brand positioning.
• Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and employees as a key to the success of the Group Provide goals and targets for the company to maximize profits whilst maintaining the highest standards in service
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related fields
• Over 8 years of solid experience in similar roles
• A high level of management and organizational skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are required in order to anticipate and resolve issues
• Ability to influence peers through constructive challenge
• Ability to train and inspire staff
• Well-organized in approach to work and disciplined in evaluating priorities in a fast-changing environment
• A strong commitment to achieving results
• Energetic with a highly developed entrepreneurial approach to business challenges
