Logistic and Customer service Manager

A leading FMCG company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, base in HCMC.

About the Supply Chain Manager Role:

In this job, you will play an integral role in logistics processes to support the delivery of superior customer service levels to support the commercial ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the freight forwarder and customs clearance LSP’s contract through the supplier relationship
• Responsible for shipping documents/customs declaration sheets accuracy
• Directly contact with customs department related to clearance process and price consultation of FMCG to ensure service levels are achieved
• Primary contact for inventory availability for the commercial business
• Follow process for tracking of inbound freight spend and reporting of variances to budget.
• Management of scheduling activities with the re-pack facilities and communication to the commercial business of product availability
• Ensure compliance quality and EHS standards

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, or equivalent
• Master commercial requirements of the market
• Contract management
• Freight forwarding and customs clearance knowledge
• Planning and co-ordination of re-packing activities
• Strong communication in English and Vietnamese
• Negotiation skill
