A leading fashion brand company is seeking a Senior Coordinator Strategy & Projects Apparel in Ho Chi Minh.

About the Senior Coordinator Strategy & Projects Apparel Role:

In this role, you are responsible for apparel development projects with the goal to support the Head of Development Teamsport & Motorsport Inline Apparel in improving the APP development landscape, supplier service levels and strengthening the APP organisation to build a stronger and faster structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier landscape & BU strategy alignment. Work closely with the Head of Development to develop the sourcing landscape & strategies. Define mid-term sourcing landscape, organisation setup roadmap, align strategic capacity allocation & planning
• Sustainability integration to development process. Drive and facilitate implementation of new and existing projects and process following the strategic plan
• Special projects / Implementation strategy. Work cross-divisionally to assess complete process & streamline procedures
• Project Management. Active participation/interaction with other departments on projects or solutions involving sourcing organisation. Align corporate initiatives to drive/support sourcing organisation & suppliers related programs. Lead and coach the team. Be a mentor to our local talents and introduce them to Project Management work

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
