Senior Supply Chain Analyst

An exciting Senior Supply Chain Analyst job has arisen in a leading logistic firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Senior Supply Chain Analyst Role:

In this role you will work with demand and supply planning alignment with Regional Demand Planner in monthly sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for country order fulfilment activities and be the point of contact for order management matters
• Responsible for country inventory management, ensuring inventory plan is aligned with business plan
• Responsible for 3PL management, ensuring all warehousing and distribution activities meet the agreed SLA
• Responsible for managing country distribution expenses and ensure it is in line with the budget
• Ensure distributor orders being fulfilled as per agreed service level
• Tracking backorders and provide fulfilment details to commercial team and business partners
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to meet the planned DIOH (Days Inventory on Hand) targets
• Working with service providers for timely and accurate delivery of products
• Ensure 3PL warehouse and distribution activities are aligned with BSC quality agreement

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Five years in the quality field industry
• Rich team management experience including leadership and remote management
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Clear logical thinking, rigorous and meticulous
• Organised person with a strong sense of integrity and good communication skills
