About this Quality Manager (Garment & Accessories) Role:

In this role you will will play a pivotal role in ensuring the execution of quality systems and training programs. This position requires effective communication, implementation, and monitoring of quality requirements and standards with all Worldwide Finished Goods and Accessories (WCFE) suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute quality systems and training programs
• Communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards with WCFE suppliers
• Ensure internal QA team follows company procedures
• Collaborate with Global QA Manager for future strategies and project implementation
• Oversee customer quality claims processing and propose corrective actions
• Issue quality reports to senior management and communicate with Asia branches and customers

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• College or Technical school graduate in textiles or related field
• Over 10 years in QA, sourcing, or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work under pressure
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
