What you'll do:

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. You will be involved in various aspects of the business from coordinating logistics to inventory management. Your ability to streamline processes and provide administrative support will directly contribute to our operational efficiency. Furthermore, your role will involve cross-department collaboration where you'll get the chance to work with teams such as sales, customer service, and finance.

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Work closely with the logistics team to track and manage product shipments
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering products when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other third-party service providers
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational processes and workflows
  • Assist in the preparation of regular operations reports, data entry, and documentation
  • Collaborate with other teams such as sales, customer service, and finance to support operational needs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operations Assistant position brings along a wealth of experience in operations, logistics or an administrative role. Your strong organisational skills coupled with your ability to multitask will enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office along with excellent communication skills are essential for this role. A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also key attributes we are looking for. Lastly, being able to work well both within a team environment and independently is crucial.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Native Vietnamese speaker, with a good command of English
