What you'll do:
As the Head of Supply Chain, you will strategically lead the entire supply chain operations. Your role will involve developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with long-term goals. You will design efficient supply chain processes, manage risks, negotiate with suppliers, optimise costs, and lead a high-performing team. Your ability to enhance operational performance through technology adoption and automation will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for measuring and improving performance using key performance indicators.

- Establish contingency systems and supply chain risk management to ensure no disruptions in emergencies

- Enhance operational performance through technology adoption and automation

- Measure and improve performance using KPIs like OTIF and inventory turnover
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Head of Supply Chain position brings a wealth of experience in strategic supply chain management. You have a proven track record in developing and optimising supply chain processes. Your expertise extends to using various supply chain management technologies such as SAP, ERP, WMS, TMS. You are knowledgeable about key performance indicators (KPIs) used in the industry. Your strategic thinking abilities are complemented by your problem-solving skills. You are an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills. An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach are essential for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Proficiency in developing and optimising supply chain processes
- Experience with supply chain management technologies such as SAP, ERP, WMS, TMS
- Knowledge of supply chain performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
