Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Supply Chain Lead to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities for Vietnam and another country in the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to act as a key business partner, bridging the gap between Commercial and GMS on demand planning and logistics operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving monthly Demand Reviews, Consensus Sign Offs, and improving logistics cost drivers for both markets.

What you'll do:


As a Regional Supply Chain Lead, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the end-to-end supply chain activities for Vietnam and another country in the region. You will act as a key business partner, ensuring effective communication between Commercial and GMS on demand planning and logistics operational effectiveness. Your role will involve leading monthly Demand Reviews, Consensus Sign Offs, and working towards improving logistics cost drivers for both markets. You will also be tasked with managing forecast major changes/exceptions, establishing finished goods target stocking levels, measuring LSP’s operational performance, developing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.


* Lead and improve the S&OP & S&OE process for finished goods
* Ensure all markets produce and update monthly demand planning of a rolling 24/36 months demand forecast
* Facilitate demand review meetings at the Cluster level
* Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvement plan for Forecast Accuracy
* Manage forecast major changes/exceptions and communicate effectively inside Supply community
* Establish finished goods target stocking levels and drive optimal Months on hand (MOH)
* Measure and track LSP’s operational performance and compliance against agreed service levels
* Develop and Monitor budgets for Indonesia and Vietnam, seeking continual process and cost improvement


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the Regional Supply Chain Lead position brings a wealth of experience in demand, supply, logistics management. With over 7 years of relevant experience in the field, you have a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management and driving cost improvements. Your ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing organizations, and external LSPs sets you apart from others. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work, goals, and tasks in line with divisional and corporate objectives. Your strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with proficiency in English, make you an ideal fit for this role.


* Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration or logistics
* >7 years of relevant experience in demand, supply, logistics management
* >4 years of experience in human/animal health or similar industry
* Proven understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
* Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing organizations and external LSP
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work, goals and tasks in accordance with division and corporate objectives
* Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency in English
