Supply Planner

What you'll do:
As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing supply planning for the Vietnam market. Your responsibilities will include everything from stock replenishment planning to inventory management. You'll also be tasked with analysing slow-moving inventory and taking proactive steps to manage potential shortages. Additionally, you'll maintain master data for materials and lead weekly improvements in order processing and customer service. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock replenishment planning, including creating and following up intra company PO (ICPO) and coordinating with Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Take charge of inventory management in the planning area, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Analyse slow mover list, expired, phase out materials and execute proposed depletion plan.
- Inform about expected shortages in a timely manner and manage potential bottlenecks.
- Take ownership of master data maintenance for materials.
- Lead the weekly DSE (Demand Supply Execution) improvement in areas relating to order processing and customer service.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Supply Planner position brings a wealth of experience in supply planning, particularly within the textile or chemical industry. You should hold at least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field. Proficiency in supply planning tools and SAP is essential for this role. Your well-established computer skills will be put to good use, as will your proficiency in English. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to thrive in our global work environment. Lastly, your strong analytical abilities will be key to managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, preferably in the textile or chemical industry.
- Proficiency in supply planning tools and SAP experience.
- Familiarity with Textile industry.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written). Additional languages preferred.
- Well-established computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
