Chief Supply Chain Officer

A fast-growing consumer goods company is seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead its global supply chain strategy. This executive role oversees the full supply chain lifecycle—from demand forecasting and production planning to international logistics and distribution.

You’ll drive agility, efficiency, and sustainability across a multi-country network while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction. The organization values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated supply chain strategy covering demand planning, production, logistics, and fulfillment
• Oversee global supply chain operations, ensuring timely product availability across domestic and international markets
• Drive demand forecasting and inventory optimization to balance service levels with cost efficiency
• Manage international logistics networks, improving lead times, freight efficiency, and delivery performance
• Implement digital tools and analytics to enhance supply chain visibility, responsiveness, and decision-making
• Collaborate with commercial, R&D, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain capabilities with business goals
• Champion sustainability across manufacturing, packaging, and transportation practices
• Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team focused on innovation and execution
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational performance
• Ensure risk management and supply chain resilience through proactive planning and contingency strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain management, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong background in building and optimizing supply chain systems, with preference for candidates experienced in establishing global supply chain networks
• Proven success in demand planning, international logistics, and supply network optimization
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital platforms
• Experience with sustainability and supply chain resilience strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and global mindset
