A globally recognised organisation is seeking a strategic Supply Planning Manager in nearby Ho Chi Minh. You’ll lead planning for finished goods and components, aligning demand, supply, and capacity to meet service targets while optimising inventory and cost.

What You’ll Do

You’ll develop supply plans that ensure product availability and cost efficiency, translate global forecasts into actionable plans, and support agility across a global manufacturing network. You’ll oversee purchasing at regional centres, support local teams, and lead new product launches. Managing a high-performing team, you’ll champion AI-driven planning and operate effectively in a matrixed structure.

  • Build and manage supply plans balancing inventory, capacity, and working capital
  • Translate global forecasts into efficient, executable plans
  • Lead planning strategy and master production schedules across categories
  • Oversee purchasing at RDCs and support local procurement teams
  • Ensure timely product launches and rollout execution
  • Develop and lead a high-performing planning team
  • Promote AI-driven planning tools and innovation
  • Navigate matrixed environments balancing local and global priorities

What You Bring

You have senior experience in supply chain planning, with a strong track record in developing supply plans, translating forecasts, and leading improvements. You’ve worked in complex manufacturing networks and led purchasing and product launches. Experience with AI tools and matrixed organisations is a plus.

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years in supply chain/planning, 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven ability to balance inventory and working capital
  • Experience converting forecasts into actionable plans
  • Strategic planning experience in global manufacturing networks
  • Strong leadership in tactical planning and master schedules
  • Skilled in purchasing operations and constraint resolution
  • Familiarity with AI-driven planning tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
