A leading global organisation seeks an experienced Supply Chain Director to drive operational excellence and embed sustainability across regional operations.

This pivotal role oversees end-to-end supply chain strategy — from ERP implementation and supplier compliance to logistics and continuous improvement — ensuring seamless integration between country offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full supply chain operations: system integration, procurement, logistics, and sustainability initiatives.
• Implement ERP and internal systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Build and manage supplier networks aligned with legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Champion sustainability and lean manufacturing to optimise resources and reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency across processes.
• Provide inspirational leadership, fostering collaboration and respect across teams.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 15+ years’ supply chain experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in multinational operations, import/export regulations, and lean principles.
• Proven ERP implementation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, empathetic leadership style with a track record of delivering results.
