What you'll do:
As Head of Supply Chain and Logistics, you will play an instrumental role in orchestrating the seamless movement of goods from suppliers through production facilities to customers across SEA. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic oversight of supply planning processes, including material forecasting for multiple factories and coordination with licensed partners. You will be entrusted with managing complex distribution networks that span national boundaries while maintaining strict adherence to stock holding policies. Success in this role hinges on your ability to work collaboratively with internal teams—such as operations, finance, sales—and external partners including distributors and regional hubs. You will also lead critical S&OP meetings that align inventory levels with market needs while championing continuous improvement projects designed to enhance efficiency. - Oversee the entire supply planning process through regular Supply Review meetings to ensure market demand is met efficiently while optimising costs and utilising company assets effectively.
- Develop master plans for wrapping material requirements for both joint venture factories and licensed manufacturing partners throughout Vietnam.
- Coordinate leaf planning activities in close collaboration with above-market planning teams to maintain sustainable supplies of raw materials.
- Manage the nationwide distribution network for finished goods, ensuring timely deliveries to master distributors and provincial distributors across SEA as well as imported products for the SEA market.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of finished goods, wrapping materials, and leaf inventory while supporting effective cash flow management policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and regional planning hubs to ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) supply performance in all markets served.
- Support the Operations Director by contributing valuable insights that help deliver business targets through commercially focused analysis.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and chair Supply & Inventory Review meetings to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives as Supply Network Pillar Lead under IWS ways of working, fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement within the team.
- Build strong collaborative relationships within the Functional Leadership Team while nurturing people development through coaching, mentoring, and execution of career development plans.
