This is an exceptional opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthier and more responsible snack and meal solutions, with a focus on consumer needs and sustainable business practices. You will be part of a supportive team that values your analytical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to connect with stakeholders across departments. The organisation is committed to nurturing talent through ongoing training opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion. If you are passionate about supply chain excellence and want to make a meaningful impact in a global environment, this is the perfect next step for your career.

  • Join a globally recognised food group dedicated to delivering healthier and more responsible snack options, where your work directly supports sustainability and consumer well-being.
  • Benefit from flexible working opportunities, comprehensive training programmes, and a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Work alongside knowledgeable colleagues in an inclusive setting that values diverse perspectives, ensuring your contributions are respected and your development is prioritised.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Demand Planner based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be entrusted with maintaining accurate demand forecasts that drive business success across Vietnam. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex datasets using advanced tools like Power BI, collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Masterplanning. You will play an integral role in preparing critical S&OP meetings, ensuring all decisions are reflected accurately in planning systems. By identifying risks early and proposing actionable solutions, you will help safeguard inventory freshness and optimise customer service performance. Your involvement in strategic projects such as system transitions will further enhance operational capabilities. Success in this position requires not only technical proficiency but also strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication across departments. Your efforts will directly influence the company’s ability to deliver on its mission of providing healthier snacks while supporting sustainable growth.

  • Maintain comprehensive datasets for demand planning, including master data, historical data, and forecasting data for the Vietnam market on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data sources within Power BI for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) dashboard specific to Vietnam.
  • Develop and maintain precise 18-month sales forecasts at SKU level by analysing historical sales trends, market insights, business intelligence, and statistical models.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to gather input on promotional activities, new product launches, seasonal trends, and ensure frequent system updates.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Supply Planning teams to align supply with demand seamlessly and support operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, lead, and document S&OP Demand Review Meetings while reflecting monthly decisions into systems promptly and collaborating with peers on significant changes.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps between forecast hypotheses versus plan, alert business teams to discrepancies, and develop corrective actions to improve inventory levels and customer service metrics.
  • Identify potential risks affecting demand planning such as supply disruptions or market shifts; communicate these proactively and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute actively to the annual budget exercise by challenging business assumptions with robust data insights within your perimeter.
  • Support transition projects such as implementing new demand planning systems (e.g., Athena project) and contribute to developing international supply chain flows as directed by leadership.

What you bring:

Your proven track record as a Senior Demand Planner will showcase your ability to manage complex forecasting processes within fast-evolving markets. You bring deep expertise in leveraging advanced planning systems alongside ERP platforms to deliver reliable forecasts that inform strategic decision-making. Your analytical mindset enables you to interpret intricate datasets while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Effective communication comes naturally to you—whether presenting findings at stakeholder meetings or collaborating across departments—and you thrive when building consensus around shared goals. Adaptability is one of your core strengths; you remain composed amid shifting business dynamics while always seeking ways to improve existing processes. Your organisational skills ensure deadlines are met consistently even when juggling competing priorities. With fluency in English and familiarity with industry best practices—including relevant certifications—you are well-equipped to contribute meaningfully from day one.

  • Possess a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field which underpins your understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrate at least three years’ experience in supply chain management with exposure to international flows; experience within FMCG environments is highly valued.
  • Show familiarity with statistical forecasting approaches that enable you to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Exhibit passion for working with numbers combined with meticulous attention to detail when handling large volumes of information.
  • Display strong analytical thinking skills that allow you to challenge business teams constructively using unbiased perspectives rooted in data.
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing while adapting messages for different audiences across functions.
  • Organise daily, weekly, and monthly schedules efficiently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Bring hands-on experience with APS platforms (such as Maestro Kinaxis, JDA or IBP), ERP systems (including SAP or Oracle), and advanced Excel functionalities; knowledge of Power BI tools is considered an advantage.
  • Hold relevant supply chain certifications (such as APICS) which demonstrate commitment to professional development; this is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiently use English for written communication, spoken interactions, and interpersonal engagement within an international context.
