Operation Manager (Customs Clearance)

About the Operation Manager Role:

The Operation Manager is responsible for overall daily operations, procurement, and capability development in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance to the team & formulate strategy on customs clearance product
• Give advice to Sales / Tender / Customer Service relating to the customs clearance, dedicate part of time to support sales development by accompanying sales force to sales visit
• Provide good service of customs clearance in the freight forwarding industry
• Responsible of the P&L and ensure that the product is delivering the budget targeted
• ensure the country customs licenses are valid and timely renewed
• Update and inform customers and colleagues about new regulation or regulation development

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Five years of experience in customs clearance (Prefer experience in luxury goods)
• Experience in working with customs authority at airports
• Fluent spoke & written English
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Leadership skill, able to monitor, train, coach, measure the performance of the team
• Ensure the input/output with zero mistakes which can affect to the service of the company
