They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for their Customs Brokerage department based in Ho Chi Minh City. What you'll do:

As a Manager in Customs Brokerage, your role will be multifaceted. You will ensure that all customers are on a direct representation agreement, monitor duty deferment usage and levels, and meet with local customs to discuss performance and future plans. Your financial responsibilities will include following up refunds with customs authorities. In terms of sales, you will make Retention/Sales calls as per target. A significant part of your role will also involve training, motivating, challenging and mentoring other employees. You will conduct audits of files in accordance with requirements/policies and manage the customs system. Additionally, you will proactively promote the company’s 10 cultural attributes.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Manager - Customs Brokerage position, you bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You possess a college degree or equivalent qualifications along with at least three years of experience in customs clearance and management/leadership roles. Your well-rounded knowledge of the customs tariff, customs system, and regulations sets you apart from others. You are proficient in using PC applications including MS Word and Excel. Your excellent English reading & speaking skills enable you to understand cargo-related documents effectively. Your experience in handling various import/export customs formalities, coupled with your customer service and interpersonal skills, make you a strong contender for this role. Your ability to work well under high pressure and tight deadlines, along with your problem-solving skills, will be crucial in this role.
