Our client is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in air, sea, and customs

What you'll do:
As an Operations Manager, you will be control daily operations. You will ensure that all tasks are completed successfully with a focus on customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing relationships with stakholders while attending to any complaints or discrepancies on shipments. You will also be responsible for performing monthly audits on KPI's for subcontractors to maintain high standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement cost and service improvements.

- Develop and implement cost and service improvements
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Operations Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the freight forwarding/shipping industry. With at least 2 years in a similar managerial role and over 6 years in the industry, you understand the intricacies of this field. Your high level of English proficiency allows you to communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required as well as strong organisational skills. Your ability to multitask effectively will be key in this fast-paced environment.
