What you'll do:

As Warehouse Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of warehouse activities within a dynamic logistics environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around managing a large team with warmth and empathy while ensuring that every aspect of order processing runs smoothly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows using cutting-edge technology solutions such as WMS and ERP software. By championing process improvements—whether through automation or data analysis—you will help create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to nurture relationships within your team, maintain rigorous safety standards, uphold regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to customers. This is an opportunity for you to share your knowledge generously while supporting others’ growth in a thriving logistics operation.

  • Manage a large team of more than 50 people as well as partner warehouse performance by providing guidance, support, and training to ensure all staff work together harmoniously.
  • Oversee day-to-day order operations across multiple centres to guarantee efficient order processing, accurate inventory management, and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Develop strategic plans aimed at optimising order processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through collaborative efforts.
  • Set clear goals for the team, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance metrics closely during campaigns to ensure targets are met collectively.
  • Maintain precise inventory levels throughout various centres while optimising costs in line with company objectives and agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately according to customer requirements and established quality standards by promoting teamwork among staff.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain advanced order management systems (OMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and other technology solutions to support efficient operations.
  • Explore automation and robotics solutions collaboratively with your team to improve productivity and reduce errors in order operations.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries promptly, resolve customer issues empathetically, and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Identify process bottlenecks or inefficiencies by analysing data and gathering feedback from staff; implement enhancements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for Warehouse Manager brings extensive experience gained from years spent nurturing teams within large-scale logistics environments. Your approach is always considerate: you listen actively; respond sensitively; encourage open communication; celebrate achievements; address challenges together. This role rewards those who value communal success over individual accolades—making it perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration.
