What you'll do:

As a Logistics Manager based in Ho Chi Minh, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of logistics execution within Vietnam. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing warehouse operations through trusted third-party partners, ensuring that both inbound shipments and outbound deliveries are handled efficiently. You will monitor inventory levels closely, coordinate replenishment schedules with regional teams, and address any risks associated with excess or insufficient stock. • Oversee the execution of all logistics activities and warehouse operations through third-party logistics partners, ensuring both inbound and outbound processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor warehouse capacity on an ongoing basis to guarantee operational readiness while proactively addressing any issues that may affect deliveries or storage.
• Manage service levels provided by logistics partners, tracking operational performance metrics and resolving any challenges that arise during day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate visibility of inventory levels throughout Vietnam, identifying risks related to excess stock or shortages and coordinating replenishment efforts with regional supply planning teams.
• Support the alignment between demand planning and supply planning functions by ensuring that local demand plans are feasible from an operational perspective.
• Coordinate closely with supply planning teams to manage allocation priorities when faced with supply constraints, ensuring timely availability of products for customers.
