About the role

A leading organisation in Đồng Nai is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to maintain smooth material flow while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities: receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation.
  • Enforce safety, fire-prevention, and housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules and outbound shipments.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and discipline.
  • Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, material movement, and warehouse performance.
  • Lead process improvement and support ERP enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation to meet audit and internal control requirements.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in manufacturing/electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems (Misa, SAP, Amis).
  • Experience designing efficient warehouse layouts.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and staff development experience.
  • Good English skills and a high sense of responsibility.
