Operations Director (3PL)

The Operations Director who will oversee nationwide transportation operations in Vietnam, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role is central to building a safe, efficient, and high‑performing transport network, driving service quality, operational discipline, and continuous improvement through digitalisation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national transportation operations, setting best‑in‑class service standards.
• Optimise fleet performance and manage subcontractor partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements.
• Standardise operational processes, IT solutions, and commercial approaches.
• Develop cost‑efficient transport networks across FTL, LTL, Milk‑Run, MUF, and metro deliveries.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives with data‑driven KPIs and analytics.
• Inspire teams through clear performance targets, accountability, and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience managing large teams in logistics/transportation.
• Proven expertise in fleet investment strategies and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of transport modes and operational frameworks.
• Experience leading change initiatives and operational improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
