What you'll do:
As a Senior Market Access Manager, your main responsibility will be:
- Analyze and map the access environment and pathways for medicines.
- Develop and implement partnerships to facilitate funding, reimbursement, access, pricing, and price negotiation.
- Prepare seasonal product reimbursement roadmaps.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Identify potential NGOs/CSAs and craft tailored approaches to generate local demand based on the product portfolio.
- Build strategic relationships with KOLs, healthcare societies, policy-makers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor and shape policies related to access, reimbursement, pricing, and tenders.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance organizational knowledge and capabilities in Market Access principles.
What you bring:
- Advanced degree in relevant fields (e.g., medicine, health policy)
- 3-5 years of experience in industry and policy.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify and respond to industry policy trends.
- Ability to analyze scientific evidence and its impact on patient value and the healthcare system.
- In-depth understanding of the local healthcare environment and reimbursement processes.
- Experience in successfully listing and obtaining reimbursement for innovative medicines at the national level.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
