What you'll do
As a Medical Lead, you will work in a highly collaborative environment where your ability to engage with experts and stakeholders will support the successful adoption of innovative therapies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve sharing scientific information with healthcare providers, mapping key institutions within the healthcare ecosystem, and gathering valuable insights from the field.
You will contribute to evidence generation and advocacy initiatives, including preparation of documentation to support reimbursement and market access processes. By collecting insights from healthcare professionals on treatment practices and patient needs, you will support strategic decisions that influence both clinical practice and organisational direction. Frequent travel will allow you to stay closely connected with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts and key stakeholders to support medical objectives.

Provide healthcare professionals with up-to-date scientific information, clinical data, and research insights related to the company’s therapies.

Identify and map hospitals, healthcare organisations, and professionals relevant to treatment pathways to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Collect and manage scientific information requests from healthcare institutions to support informed clinical decision-making.

Contribute to evidence generation and advocacy initiatives supporting reimbursement and market access strategies.

Assist in preparing scientific materials for regulatory submissions and market access dossiers.

Support programmes such as Special Information Queries, Patient Access Programmes, Market Access Programmes, and Early Access Programmes.

Gather insights from healthcare professionals on treatment practices, patient needs, and emerging trends.

Support clinical research activities through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Travel regularly to meet healthcare professionals and attend relevant scientific meetings.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field (PhD preferred).

At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an international pharmaceutical company.

Solid understanding of clinical research processes, drug development, and regulatory requirements.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present scientific data clearly to diverse audiences.

Excellent relationship-building skills with Therapeutic Area Experts and key stakeholders.

Proven ability to gather insights from field interactions to support strategic planning.

Experience supporting preparation of scientific materials for regulatory or market access submissions is an advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently.
