The ideal candidate for the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager position brings a wealth of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. You have an in-depth understanding of Vietnam’s regulations, guidelines, and regulatory processes. Your strong relationships with the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and experience dealing with local authorities set you apart from others. With 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, you demonstrate strong leadership skills. Your entrepreneurial mindset focuses on growth while your excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills enable you to thrive in a cross-functional and international matrix environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with substantial experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
* In-depth knowledge and experience of Vietnam’s regulations, guidelines, and regulatory processes
* Strong relationships with the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and experience in dealing with local authorities
* 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, demonstrating strong leadership skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international matrix environment
* Fluency in English
