Partnerships Director (Metaverse)

An exciting job opportunity of a Partnerships Director for a Metaverse company has arisen in Ho Chi Minh City. The company is providing metaverse, gaming, and non-fungible token (NFT) application services.

About the Partnerships Director Role:

The Head of Partnerships, Metaverse Gaming, will be responsible for leading the partnership and onboarding function in addition to establishing beneficial Web3 partnership strategies and relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing opportunities for the company in gaming, education, music and entertainment industry
• Identify and prioritise potential partners, and quantify the opportunities in order to properly present potential partnerships and investment opportunities
• Identify licensing and investment opportunities, then participate in the negotiation & closing of deals in partnership with product, planning, operations, legal, finance, and investment departments
• Build and manage relationships with publishers and developers in a positive and constructive fashion, enhancing company's relationship within the industry as an honest, direct, helpful and high value add partner in every interaction, regardless of if it results in a signed deal
• Work with partners to launch new products and maximise value from existing products
• Develop intelligence in the blockchain industry by playing current metaverse, gathering and analysing relevant industry news and reports, and building and maintaining a network of industryn insiders

To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about partnership and gaming.

Key Requirements:

• Three years or more of partnership management experience in a web3, DeFi, or NFT startup environment required
• Comprehensive understanding of Ethereum, dapps, DeFi, and NFT processes required
• Established contact network within the defined space required
• Background in executing partnerships with major brands and corporate entities required
