What you'll do:

• Lead the overall strategy, design, and execution of AI initiatives across both production and back-office functions.

• Build and manage a high-performing team specializing in AI/ML and automation.

• Develop and deploy AI Agents to automate manual and repetitive tasks (e.g., report generation, defect detection, ERP data analysis).

• Identify and drive opportunities for AI integration across departments such as manufacturing, sales, and HR.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI models — from data collection, training, and deployment to monitoring and optimization.

What you'll need to apply:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAgents).

• Proven track record deploying AI models in production (cloud or on-prem) and integrating with ERP, MES, or CRM systems.

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UIPath, Power Automate, OpenRPA) is a plus.

• Solid understanding of Computer Vision, demand forecasting, and other AI-driven industrial applications.
