Python Automation Engineer

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain Python microservices (FastAPI/Django) integrating CRM, email, and analytics systems to automate marketing and operations workflows.

• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows (LLMs, function calling, RAG) to enhance student journeys and content operations.

• Create ETL pipelines to combine CRM, email, and web data for segmentation, scoring, and analytics APIs.

• Automate GTM campaigns — generate variants, run A/B tests, and auto-promote top performers.

• Ensure system reliability with retries, caching, structured logging, and monitoring.

• Triage and automate fixes for recurring issues, maintaining strong operational hygiene.

• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to turn briefs into measurable automations with clear KPIs.

What you’ll need

• 3 years of experience in Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Django.

• Experience building APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

• Hands-on with ETL/data pipelines and marketing or operational data.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows (e.g., basic fine-tuning, RAG).

• Knowledge of DevOps/reliability practices (monitoring, caching, idempotency).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to move fast from idea to deployment.

• Good communication in English, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
