What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that follow best-practice design standards.

• Translate business requirements into effective visuals, filters, drill-downs, and KPI reports.

• Perform light data preparation using Power Query (M), connecting dashboards to semantic models and star schemas.

• Create and optimize DAX measures to ensure high-performance analytics and accurate business metrics.

• Test dashboards for accuracy, performance, and usability; document logic and navigation for users.

• Provide ongoing support to business teams, gather feedback, and iterate dashboards for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need to Apply

• 2+ years of full-time experience in BI, reporting, or dashboard development

• Strong hands-on skills with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M).

• Basic SQL ability to query tables/views prepared by data engineers.

• Understanding of semantic models, star schema structure, and KPI concepts (e.g., Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory, Service Level).

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a passion for data visualization/storytelling.

• Willingness to learn and grow toward deeper DAX, Power BI Fabric features, or future analytics consulting roles.
